    I did these steps but still doesnt work.

    My pc meets those requirements

    I have the exact same problem. What do I do? If they don’t find a solution I’ll need a refund on the game and all in game purchases since I cannot use any.

    This is happening because of anticheat. I had the same problem in FIFA 23. Deleting the file from the documents fixed it, but it didn't fix it in 24. It still doesn't open. I have 30 hours in the game. I can't refund it. I paid 1200 Turkish Lira. If it had happened to me when I first bought it, I would have returned it immediately. When anticheat came out, there were problems in the game.
