Re: EA FC 24 HAS DISAPPEARED FROM THE LIBRARY IN THE EA APP AFTER REDEEMING KEY

This is exactly what happened to me! I preordered the game from CDkeys, redeemed the code and I was left on a constant loop of ‘preparing for download’. So I cleared the cache in the EA App and the next thing I know my game completely disappeared, I tried redeeming the code again and it said it had been used. I’ve bought from CDkeys multiple times before so I know that they are a reliable company. I don’t know if it’s just some glitch and the game will reappear again soon in the downloads or library but I have no clue what to do. Hopefully EA fix this ASAP.
