- @EA_Aljo appreciate the suggestion but it is not a firewall issue. I have tried this as well as disabling the firewall completely.
Still does not load any further than splashscreen It is not working! EA, I am trying to log in to the game for more than 10 hours, I want to play the game I payed for! Still not a proper solution to the issue mentioned multiple times in this forum today...

Try running the EA App and FC 24 as an administrator. If that doesn't help, create a new Windows account with admin rights and log in to that account. Then, try playing again.
Any fixes for this? It's widespread so unlikely an individual configuration and it's not acceptable for a game to require all those steps on the user end.

Are all of you on PC or are any of you having this issue on Xbox/PS?
For those of you on PC, where did you purchase the game from? Also, it's possible multiple repairs could resolve this. Instructions for that are listed here. Do any of you have multiple drives on your PC?

I’ve tried so many repairs and it doesn’t make a difference. I have 2 drives. The game is installed on my main SSD On PC

Multiple Repairs not worked so far.
Dxdiag shows stable Directx
Drivers at the most up to date
Hardware very capable.

keep us updated if a fix comes. currently i need to spend time on webapp since some staff cant seem to fix the problem.
- @EA_Aljo On PC, purchased in EA app; tried all fixes and didn't work. Tried Running [EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe] and got error message saying "EA app is not installed, and is required to play your game. Please reinstall EA app". Tried reinstalling EA app AND FC24, the error is still there.
For everyone else, do you also get this message when trying to launch the anticheat launcher? The problem with FIFA23 last year was in the anti-cheats so I assume it could be that again. - @pstrzelecki00 mine too
No sign of anti-cheat for me. Seems related to GPU/Drivers/DirectX in some form.

- @andrewzhang0112 If I try and run the anti cheat exe separately I get the error yes. But if I run the FC24.exe I get no error just the splash screen
ok just to be sure is every1 still talking about the main issue. anticheat pops up then we get back to ea app again
I purchased FC24 with play pro. All my games from EA works fine, other games too. But FC 24 still did not. Tried everything, clear Cache of EA-App, reinstalled it, also the game itself. Nothing helped. Finally reset Windows. Installed everything and FC 24 runs fine. Shame on you EA that i had to do this
My issue doesn't appear to be Anti-Cheat, it happens when connecting to EA servers I receive a GetDeviceRemoved error and the game crashes out before getting into the game.
I believe that was the initial issue for this thread.
