Upgrade from PS4 to ps5 version problem

Hello I upgraded from a ps4 to a ps5 and I heard that my FC 24 game will upgrade too but when I tried it the upgrade didn't come up I have the disc and my ps 5 is also disc version this is what came up when I tried to upgrade but couldn't find the ps5 version
