Re: EA FC 24 Not Launching after Splash Screen

On Steam there is no fix still...

The fastest fix that I found was to download the anticheat installer, go to C:\Program Files\EA\AC and open EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe and press Uninstall All, then from the downloaded installer select FC 24 and press install. It's a lot faster than repairing the game every time I want to play. It's weird that the game was perfectly fine for like 3 months and all of a sudden I couldn't go past the splash screen...

just open windows security then application and browser control then reputation based protection settings turn off the microsoft defendersmart screen filter and it works

@Fener11a Can you explain that better? I'm on Epic Games but what do you mean by immediately hit repair befor EA App closes?

I uploaded it as a video. (The video is sped up 2x and there is a short skip in the repair part.): FC 24 Launch problem 

As you can see, it is necessary to repair the game files in order for each game to open at startup and it downloads 40mb each time. The same applies if you exit the game and enter it again.

There are many players experiencing this problem. Our voice cannot yet fully reach to EA. ☹️

Check out my reply. No need to repair it, just reinstall the anticheat in like 10 seconds.

@Fener11a just tried it again and it doesn't work anymore...

Update: The problem was solved with the new update that came out yesterday, or just in case, when the update came, I updated it via repair instead of directly updating. The problem may have been solved that way. I no longer have to deal with repair every time I start a game. 😃

Even after yesterday’s update the issue is still there. How is it possible this issue has been known since September and we are now in April and the issue still exists. Joke of a company
