g what. whilst there's a small exception, majority who bought the game via EA/Steam are able to access the game, its for a reason. Those who aren't able to access were those who were tryna save a buck through keys/codes. also, cdkeys resending another code shows its their fault.
ITS FIXED!
CDKeys have re-issued all keys as there was an issue with the first batch. If you go to your email where your old key was, open the link and it has been refreshed with a new key. Redeem key on EA.

they really don't say that, I spoke with them earlier this morning. how am I getting on the nerves of others, by letting them now they were better of not buying from a gray market? come on now

I got the game on ea with ultimate ed and it says i can play it rn but when i try to lunch it says u cant play the game on the 22th at 6am and its 10am for me now ??
am i the only one with this?
Same issue. I pre=ordered the Ultimate edition but I can't download the game today on 22nd Sept. The only option is a 10 hour free trial but even that doesn't work when I click on it.

"I have checked it with my team we are getting many cases like this, it's an emerging issue which we are reporting to the game team. Hopefully this issue will be resolved very soon. This is mainly for the players who bought it from third party retailers, in the mean time you just need to wait and the team will fix it for all the players"
When I asked how long things like this have taken to resolve before he said 1-2 days.

I have the ultimate edition and ea play and I can't open it. It only says release date is on the 29th.

If you buyied it from g2a or somthing like that ea have given an alternative codes that could work i ve still not tryied it because I m at work but as soon as i go home i will tr. I ve got a message from istant gaming that says that ea have given an alternative code so i don t know if it work apperantly some people have fixed it.
The message is in italian but I tryed to explain
