I used to experience this huge delay once in a while, but now it's a constant thing on ps5. Game is unplayable in online mode.
Used wired, wireless, multiple router ports, router restarts, contacted my isp, factory reset the router, reinstall the game, clear ps5 cache. Nothing works..
Has anyone contacted support for this issue?
If so, what responses have you received?
I started a live chat and the person who chatted with me firstly forwarded
to troubleshoot on my own. I had tried everything myself, before contacting support, so insisted to be given a solution. (like change the EA server I am connecting or whatever)
Then they told me my issue has been raised successfully to the studio team, and they encouraged me to keeping playing to see if it will get fixed.
Then I asked if I will get notified when it's get fixed, and they said sure you will get an in-game notification.. (what???)
I honestly think they are just straight laughed at my face, don't believe that any of the above really happened. I am still waiting for the issue to be fixed, lol..
Feel like a refund is a reasonable request.

@d4de6210febf386 d They will probably fix it, but only when the announcement of a competitive title is officially released. I hope that 2k will reach an agreement with FIFA and they will get a license

It may be our "dirty" electricity. At the end of the month i will receive a automatic voltage regulator and two ferrite cores. I will check how it works. If it doesn't - the next step is to move to another apartment, city, country. Or the easiest way - stop playing this s%%%t.
