I have the same problem, only solution that I found here in the forum that works is to adjust screen refresh rate in the game being sure that are the same in the game and in the monitor like 144 hrz/144h hrz or 60/60 but its not a complete solution to the problem. Sorry for my bad English
After hours of trying and reinstalling, I have now found my solution. I always had sound stuttering and image lag.
I don't know if this existed in Windows 10, but one of the following worked for me:
-Energy setting (maximum performance)
- Disable variable refresh rate (Windows 11)
- Optimization for window games (disable)
Both found under the following item in Windows:
System > Screen > Graphics > Default Graphics Settings.
-FC24.exe (Properties, open as administrator)
I hope it works for you. I don't have a single lagg anymore and the framerate is constant at 120 FPS.
I have tried that, it worked in a way but the gameplay is sluggish compared to seasons gameplay.
I'll try these as well.
