I still have this issue, I'm working on it, but I found out something.

I've bought fc 24 directly on EA app, and when I have steam opened the game gets like double input, but when I close Steam (even while the game's open) the controller works normally. I assume that's a problem with some settings about the controller in steam, i'll keep looking for a "real" fix (closing steam only to play this game is bothering me idk why).

    Got it after a bit! My problem was with the controller steam settings. In order to fix it do:

    Steam -> Settings -> Controller -> scroll down and click "Edit" on Desktop layout -> wheel close to "edit layout" -> disable steam input -> confirm

    I'm sorry if it's not the exact path, i have steam in my main language so I translated to english.
