Community ManagerHey @seninjoboy Your Ultimate Team progress is stored online, so it is not possible to lose it only after a crash. Please restart your PC or console and check again after some time.
Please note that your account progress will only reset if you unlink the platform account you are playing on from your EA account.
Any admins to help?? I have spent so many hours on this game but when I logged in this morning I couldn't find the account anymore. I restarted the PC and the EA app so many times, pressed "REPAIR" on the app as well but the account is still not found till now. When I logged in to EAFC Companion mobile app the app still shows my account available. Please help!!!

If I unlink my Xbox account from my ea account to try have my ea account on a different Xbox account. I realised it doesn’t work on the other Xbox account so can I re link my ea account to my original Xbox account as all my data has all gone.
I was playing fc 24 and my game crashed. I closed fc 24 and also restarted my computer. But then I tried to start the game up again and all of my ultimate team progress it gone... what is this? Can you guys please help me out and get my progress back?
