Can you guys fix your terrible game? Get the direct version error every time and i have tried everything. Any notes from the creators of the game?

“You have lost your online connection.”
Trying to play FC 24 but it won’t connect me to the online services/ servers. Saying it’s a network problem but I can play online on any other game. I even have an EA monthly membership. Any ideas?
