Having the same issue myself. No commentary option to download any commentary. Tried repairing the game but still nothing. Without commentary this game ain;t the same.

I think the game (on Steam) had 4 major patches but I still don't have the commentary.
I have same the problem before 1 month.
kick out me on pc.
