If you're continuously being prompted to reset your password, that sounds like you're resetting the password for the wrong EA account. You can verify if you're using the correct EA account by logging in here and checking for your gamertag under the Connected Accounts section. If you do not see your gamertag under Connected Accounts, that means you're logging in with the wrong EA account. 

If you need help locating the correct EA account, that's something the live support team can assist you with by submitting a help request here- we don't have access to your account details here on AHQ to help with that.
