Career Mode crashing; unable to play EAFC24

- What platform are you playing on? (e.g. PC, Xbox, PlayStation) Xbox Series S

- Where exactly does the crash occur? When trying to enter into squard hub or negotiations over the transfer of a player, the game closes/shuts down, sending the user to the xbox home screen.
- Can you provide any steps to reproduce the issue? Start a career mode with a created player and mantain them on the roster through to a second season. Then try to access the squad hub or negotiate a tranfer, the game crashes.
- If possible, please upload a video demonstrating the crash.

I know these issues are not necessarily the developers fault as they often are not given the bandwidth to do everything they want to do with aspects of the game like career mode, which are as 'profitable' as ultimate team. Especially when a new game is made every year. Maybe this issue is too niche to address as it is a big that happens only in the second season when creating custom players. Really impactful players in world football (ie Yamine Lamal) are not in the game so to play with them need to be created; maybe that makes this more relevant. I hope someone realizes that this issue completely prevents the user from playing, and in this case how I would like to enjoy playing this game. I would appreciate a response along the lines of 'we do not intend on addressing this issue until the release of EAFC25 as the turnaround is too short to dedicate time to this' and then I can pursue a refund knowing this will not be fixed. Or that 'the developers are aware of this issue and are actively working to solve it' in which case I would appreciate knowing how long to expect to wait for this crash to be fixed and I can enjoy this game the way I want to play.

Sick of this bro I can’t play the one mode that’s actually interesting. Hopefully when 2k makes their own game with fifa career modes are good. 2k is good with things like this

I mean its ridiculous I spent 3 days finishing the whole season and my game is completely bugged. My created players disappear and when I enter squad hub, the game breaks and I crash EVERYTIME! It is sad at this point that I have religiously played this since fifa 10.

Please, any communication would be greatly appreciated. This issue has not been solved. I am having identical crashing issues one week later. I want to play this game badly.

I have the same issue

got this problem aswell and its honestly just so sad how EA destroyed that mode out of pure greediness. And all the kids go and play FUT and put money into it so the machine works. Idioticy. Anyways, I have the same issue aswell as the created players on my wishlist getting their details changed and ridiculous things like Age 2024 added. Also the default face seems weird, guess they * something up with a patch. Really hope EA help us man I dont wanna play this game anymore because it just doesnt allow me to use features it should offer

Having the same issue. Finished first season and started the second season. As soon as I entered squad hub the game crashed. Went back in autosave to the end of my previous season, simmed through and saved on the first day of the new campaign. Now my career mode save won't load without crashing. Seems like this is a recent bug so must be something with the last update. Serious issue, needs fixing.
