• It’s also possible that unauthorized retailers will sell you a fake, used, or stolen CD key or Product Code.
• Additionally, any illegally obtained games and Product Codes will be disabled by us. That means you won’t be able to play your game or redeem your virtual currencies, and we won’t be able to help you.

I spoke with the seller and he said the problem is from the EA app and I agree with him because when i added the code first the game start downloading but it’s stuck on preparing, After I reload the app I didn’t find the game
