Perhaps something went wrong during the installation process and the files got corrupted. Try the following steps to see if that helps:
Power off the console and unplug it for 2 minutes. This will help clear the system cache and network cache on your console.
Restore licenses: (Settings) > [Account Management] > [Restore Licenses].
Ensure the date and time match your local time: (Settings) > [Date and Time]
Log out and sign back in to your PSN profile.
