Re: Massive Pro clubs Ping issue - Brazil

Ive played pro clubs for the last 10 years, amassing more than 1000 games played every fifa. I live in Sao Paulo, Brasil, where Ultimate Team matches have 4ms ping when I play. Ever since the release of EA FC, the entire Brazilian server has a bug inside pro clubs, where matches are consistently played with over 55ms ping. This is not normal. My team and I are experienced players, so we’ve tried everything in our hands to correct this issue, however it is a game bug. Do not be mistaken, THIS IS A GAME BREAKING BUG, it makes pro clubs in EA FC 24 virtually impossible to play. I’m afraid that due to this apparently only being an issue in Brazil, that your team won’t correct this in the near future. I remark that it is imperative that this is corrected ASAP as thousands of players play pro clubs in Brazil. Thanks.
