Re: Menus not accessible and squad players greyed out with Not Found

Hi everyone,

It could be an issue with your platform trying to load stored data. Follow those steps and let us know if you were able to fix it.

 1. Delete UT Squad Update:

  • Log out from Ultimate Team;
  • From the main menu, go to Settings > Profile > Delete;
  • Choose and remove UT Squads Update;
  • Close the game and reopen it;
  • Launch Ultimate Team and wait for the squads' update to be completed.

2. Clear the cache of your platform:

  • From EA app, follow these steps and repair the game.
  • From Steam, verify the integrity of the files (Link).
  • From consoles, just turn it off, unplug the cord, and wait 1 minute. Plug it back.

3. Delete and reinstall the game:

  • Remove/Delete the game from your Library.
  • Restart your platform.
  • Install the game on your PC/Console.

  • I dont know what to do and now i will just stop playing your game. This is not working. I wrote cases, tried to contact live chat but its not possible, generally contacting EA is so hard. I have the same issue - every single player, everywhere, is gray. I wasted so much time trying to fix this!

    Hello everyone,

    It looks like some of you are still experiencing this issue where your player dynamics rarities are not displaying correctly with 'NOT FOUND'.

    We've passed on the issue again to the relevant teams.

    In the meantime, to help our team reproduce the issue, may I ask if there are any steps you took to make those items appear like that at the very beginning like performed a factory reset or failed to save squad updates. I know it might be very hard to answer this question but every clue can help us.


    Are the items only gold players or all rarities are affected ?
    Is it only from opened packs or all items are affected ?

    Finally, you can attempt the troubleshooting steps from message #63 to try to temporary fix it.

  • - all rarities are affected
    - all items are affected
    - all objetkts on the transfermarket
    - transfermarkt didn't show the special cards

    Result : The Game is dead
  • Like someone else said, it’s every player affected for me, can’t search for any special cards in the market either 

  • I tried all the troubleshooting steps in message #63, with negative results. In Ultimate Team, all player cards are grayed out and the information is white and cannot be read.
