Are you opening the case on your account or your son's? It should be opened from his account.

    The best I can advise is to try again with opening a case. However, if the coins were removed for violating the Terms of Service, you would need to submit a dispute to have that investigated. An email should have been received saying if this was the case though.

  • There was no email at all I’ve checked. I’ll start the process again and message on x.
