- EA_Aljo2 years agoCommunity Manager The best I can advise is to try again with opening a case. However, if the coins were removed for violating the Terms of Service, you would need to submit a dispute to have that investigated. An email should have been received saying if this was the case though. 
- There was no email at all I’ve checked. I’ll start the process again and message on x. 
- EA_Aljo2 years agoCommunity Manager Messaging on X is not going to get you anywhere. You need to open a case here - https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/. Choose FC 24 as the product and then choose 'I'm missing my items or packs' as the reason for contacting support.
