did you guys purchase the game from cd keys by chance, i spoke to them and was assured the game will be available on the 22nd if its the ultimate edition , but reading a few comments on here im not so confident in that as theres been problems with games in the past, someone said f1 or something

The keys for our pre-order games are scheduled to be delivered on the official release time and date as specified on our product page.  EA Sports FC 24 Ultimate Edition + Early Access PC will be released on Sept. 22, 2023
 
Currently, as the game has not been released, rest assured that you will gain access to it promptly once it becomes available.
