Haven't heard a thing from @EA and been trying to fix a thing or two by myself to get the kids back playing, but nothing...

I have spent hours on the all weekend.  Son is old enough to play it, works on FiFA23 on PS4 but not EAFC.  Tried everything I can think of, but no joy.  Can’t even figure out how to log a support ticket since it just keeps looping me back to EA Answers.

I have the same issue.

At first my son couldn't even launch the game, it was locked.

I had to raise his age level in parental restrictions to 12+ just to get access to this PEGI-3 game.

Once he had access we found that he couldn't play anything that required online access (UT, Seasons, etc)

I went into the PS4 System Restrictions and ticked "Temporarily Disable PS4 System Restrictions" to remove all parental control restrictions but still no joy.

I went onto the EA live chat (by asking for a refund) and the first agent told me to log a call with Sony and advised that if I want a refund I would also need to speak with Sony.

On Monday I went onto the EA chat again and once again was told "it's not my problem" and "Talk to Sony" despite this obviously being an issue with the way EAFC24 recognises parental restrictions.

The agent even told me to log a complaint about EA with Sony stating that they aren't following the terms and conditions of the PS Store! And then went on to tell me to create another chat because the next agent might tell me something different and be more helpful.

I've reached out to both Sony and EA via Twitter but they haven't responded there either.

So, since I paid via Paypal, I've logged a dispute and requested a refund because the game does not work as advertised.

I feel completely ripped off, I didn't pay a premium to be an EA Beta tester.
