Hey everyone,

thank you so much for letting us know about the issue with your goalkeeper or players disappearing during the match. Our team will investigate this matter for you.

I also wanted to ensure that everyone has the latest squad updates installed. If not, you can reset and redownload the squad updates from the main menu and then download the latest ones again (Customize > Profile > Delete).

Additionally, changing the lineup formation in the pause menu may help with this issue.

If anything similar happens again, please send us the following details:

Username:
Platform:
Player that disappeared (including position):
Recent Timestamp (Date, Time, Timezone):
