Cannot log in to ea servers on xbox cloud gaming

Hi,

I am currently playing ea fc 24 on xbox cooud gaming, when I log in to the game on my samsung TV (xbox cloud gaming app included), I can connect to EA servers normally and play. But when I log in to xbox cloud gaming on my iphone or on my macbook air, I always get the error: unable to connect to EA servers.

I tried :

• Running on safari, google chrome and microsoft edge
• tried clearing browser cache and cookies
• tried it in private browsing

what can I do to fix it ?
