Your player needs to be in your reserves whilst they sit out their suspension, not just in your club

My van dijk has been in reserves for 3 games and is still suspended.

No put your red card player in subs and play a game. Don’t skip it play it. After the game they should not have a red card

Guys, to remove red card suspension from your player, please keep them on Reserve (as shown in image below) DO NOT send player into club.

After that, just play one game and the Red card suspension will vanish.
