Hi, I found a fix!
Go to Task Manager and write "Game Controller Device" or just write ReWASD and there will be an app running from ReWASD. Shut Down that task and launch FC 24.

Can confirm this worked for me. I already went into task manager before to close ReWASD but I was still getting this error, searching for "Game Controller Device" found something similar (can't remember what it was called exactly), I closed that and Battlefield 5 launched for me.
Kill this process before launching the game and that should be working!
