im having the same problem after the last update. I use "Rewasd", its a app for change the buttons of the controller. Best app i ever seen. I cant use other. And now i was going to play and the anti cheat failed with the error above. The app is not even open but ok. Last week i came here and now imi here again. Thank you EA. I cant play your game.
i used that app for the last month and fc 24 worked lol. And i dont have that app open and it still not opening the game

Even with ds4 there's still a conflict, before this latest update everything was work fine.
Now you guys advertise fc25 pre-order how could we be encouraged to buy it while EA create problems like this???? Even worst your can't recognize our controllers without this softwares like ds4
My issue was that my controller mapping app called ds4windows was running. The initial error said "virtual controller" was the software conflict. I closed it, and the game loaded. Have done this multiple times, and each time the game loaded. Hope this helps!
