There might be an issue with the email address or how it's linked to your EA account. Have you tried reaching out to live support for help on this yet?

I can't seem to get onto live support, the link you sent just takes me back to the help page, with no link to live chat.

I wondered if there was a problem with the email, but the emails from this forum are coming through ok.
