Are the emails being redirected to your spam folder maybe? Or maybe your junk folder?

No, they aren't going anywhere, nothing in spam.

      I can't seem to get onto live support, the link you sent just takes me back to the help page, with no link to live chat.

      I wondered if there was a problem with the email, but the emails from this forum are coming through ok.
