The issue has been brought to the attention of the team, but I don't have any control over the fixing process. It might take some time for the team to address this. Please note that not all updates will be posted on the Trello board, and I am not able to add comments to it either.

I will provide further comments only if I have any new information to share.

@EA_Pulsar so the team has this info, and has decided to do absolutely nothing about it? cheers and bravo to EA seriously. every single day that goes by without this ridiculous crap bug being fixed is evidence of what a fraudulent company this is. such a simple fix but this ridiculous inaction is sheer madness. absolute sheer bloody madness.

you say that you cant add to the trello board. fine. can you explain why this game is sold to us with basic bloody features not working??
