Its hard to when one member of EA tells us that the issue has been given to the devs and other tells us that they dont know about this issue. Thats called lying and we just dont know from who. And I think its fully understandable that we are frustrated because we spent 90 euros on a game we cant play...

  @Losoun these people have no empathy. nobody understands the frustrations of spending 90 euros and the game doesnt work. we all know what a simple fix it is, yet time after time they dont want to fix it, ignore us, and then are surprised when people are angry. it’s like they want us to spend 90 euros, discover it doesnt work and just be very happy even though it doesn’t work! @EA_Pulsar, right?

  I have checked the issue in the account with the team and team have told me that there is a bug in the account due to which the issue is occurring, but there is no need to worry as we have a special team who handles such type of bugs. So now what I am doing is sending the case to the team to fix the bug and solve the issue.
  I have sent the details of your account to the team. Now team will look into the issue and fix the issue which comes from our end.
  Meanwhile I will request you to wait for the time being.

    Please, Dev-Team, simply enable the filter for:
    - RESTRICTIVE MATCHMAKING
    - PLAY STYLE (manual, semi-assist, assist)
    At the moment these two settings are not working.

@EA_Pulsar do you know what we wish to do? we wish for restrictive marchmaking to work. we wish to not get Man City, Liverpool and Real Madrid on a loop when we pick 3.5/4 star teams. we wish for the game to work as it was intended to work when we pick the RESTRICTIVE option. because we bought the game under the assumption that it works properly. is this too much to ask for???
