REWARDPACKS NOT SHOWING UP

I am missing packs from "89 OVR duplicate exchange" , "85 OVR duplicate exchange" and "90 + tots upgrade" SBCs from yesterday. And today I never got the packs from squad battles Silver 2 rank. Only ...

    We're not able to help with missing content over Answers HQ. Please follow the instructions in the article here so you can open a case with an advisor to have this investigated. Thank you.

Thank you. I have veen speaking with two advisors, yesterday and today, and the latter stated it is probably a bug and asked me to write here, even sent a link where to post...☹️
