Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look in your log files
What happens when the bug occurs? The pack description says "Includes 1 Base Hero Item. Plus, 50 Rare Gold Player items rated 81 or higher, with 3 guaranteed to be rated 87 or higher". However when i opened it I only got one player rated 87 and every other player was less than 87. The highest rated player in the duplicate pile was 82.
What should be happening instead? At least 2 more 87+ players should be in the pack
I spoke to live chat and they said they can't do anything and I have to hope that it affects enough players that EA actually fix it. What a terrible way to run a service for people that have spent additional money on the game!
