Hey everyone,
We read some doubts and concerns regarding the Season Opener Encore Player Pick.
We can confirm the content received is correct since, as written in the Title and description, you received a player pick (1 of 2) of cards from the events Road to the Knockouts, Trailblazers, or Centurions (Icons not included).
Thank you for your feedback and attention.

@EA_LeonSK Can you please respond with a reply regarding the actual bug and not simply confirm that users received what was in the Title/Description?
The issue as I mentioned in my follow up to your response has nothing to do with the description or the title. It has to do with the visual indicator that identifies how many items are received and how many are rare, similar to the visual indicator that identifies tradable vs non-tradable items. I've posted a screenshot in my prior response that clearly shows Player Picks count as 1 item (the number of players a user RECEIVES) on this indicator when they are combined with other items but when a user buys a single player pick it is showing as multiple items (the number of players a user CAN PICK FROM).
This clearly misleads users into believing they may receive more than one player, and it does not follow the standards that EA has put forth throughout the rest of the game where this indicator identifies the total number of items a user will be receiving when they buy the pack from the store. I've provided undeniable visible proof that player picks are shown differently when they are sold with more items vs when they're sold on their own using this indicator as my screenshot shows another pack that is sold in the store containing 2 player picks that both count as only 1 item. If you cannot address this maybe EA's legal department should considering that users are paying actual money to buy these packs and being blatantly misled by having the same type of item appear multiple ways on this indicator is misrepresentative of the item, or maybe you can come up with some definition of what this indicator stands for that can identify both the number of items a user receives and the number of items a user can pick from at the same time because I don't have any idea how an item can count as both 1 and 2/3 at the same time.
