Season rewards missing

I unlocked level 6 season rewards Ringleader fc fire boots and whenever I try to use them in clubs they are either missing or in game it’s the just the standard black boots and I’m not sure how to fix it because I’m using them just fine in Volta I just can’t use them in clubs, I’ve even tried to take them off in Volta to see if that fixes the problem but it doesn’t. 

I also can’t use long sleeve kit for whatever reason it shows I have it equpped but in game it changes it to an undershirt.
