Slow delayed gameplay on fc25 with excellent internet speed and ping

For months now my gameplay is so hit and miss. Gameplay can have up to 1.5 seconds input delay. 
I have 500/200 speeds with 4-10 ping at very worst. Tp link be1900 gaming router wires connection. Brand new ps5 and gaming monitor. 
wired dual sense pro controller. 
day time gameplay is always bad even playing squad battles. 
ea can’t give any answers but to troubleshoot my connection which shows stable connect but gives no answers for gameplay.
