Squad Battles team preview shows only one player

Product: EA SPORTS FC 24
Platform:Steam-PC

Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team™
Which part of the mode? Squad Battles
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 02/13/2024
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 05:00 PM
What is your time zone? AGT (BET) - GMT - 3:00
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to preview the featured squads or any other squad, It will appear only one player (the fowards) instead of the rest of the team
What happens when the bug occurs? You can't check out the squad battles teams before any match
What should be happening instead? It should be showing the teams instead

The thing is fairly simple: this is what happens when you try to preview a team before a squad battles match

Furthermore, I should add that the menus randomly slow down the computer and drop the frames to 2 fps. and the cpu usage to 100%

    I'm having the same. It appeared after the last update. Unacceptable.

    I think all players are being positioned on top of each other so you can only see 1 player. This is amateur stuff. Sort it out EA!

    Same issue as everyone else...on xbox series x.  However if I 'copy' the squad first I can then go in and look at concept squads to find it there but still a pain when I just want view first...  please fix...thanks.
