Steam Ultimate Edition Shows Standard Edition

on ea website it shows that the game will only be available at 00:00 for me, in 2 hours so

that must be the same in you region, be patient in 2 hours you'll surely can play 

I have the same problem. And I still can't play.

Hello, i have the same problem and when i ask steam support they answered:

,,I confirm that you have purchased EA Sports FC 24 - Ultimate Edition on your account which includes up to 7 days Early Access and can start playing on 22 Sept. 

You may ontact game's support team in case you have more questions about early access. You can reach EA SPORTS FC24 support by using the information from the Official support section here (Hyperlink). 


So can you please help us and stop talking, about steam support... 

I can send photos of the conversation, buy history and everything....

Please make sure to check your preorder status on your account and to claim your Ultimate edition content on Steam to unlock it. 

Well hello I just found maybe the solution. Just log out of Steam and log back in

I just purchased the EAFC24 Ultimate Edition on Steam and logged into my pre-existing EA account, I went into FUT and didn't have any of the Ultimate Edition benefits. Wondering how I could get this fixed asap cause these bronze cards suck lool. Thanks.

i just verified my files on steam , it reaquired roughly 2 gb worth of data and i booted my game up and i was on the ultimate edition with my rewards
