@LastingLeW if you have any bans they should be listed on here. https://help.ea.com/uk/my-ban-history/ EA support chat doesn’t work and I emailed them this morning. They got back to me and said that I need to hardwire my internet and also contact my ISP. I don’t get how it’s an ISP issue and it’s already hardwired yet any other game modes and games all work fine.

Just tried it with my Mrs account and it works. So it must be account specific. I don’t get why no one that’s official confirms there’s an issue and they’re trying to fix it.

It's definitely not a home network issue. I got the same nonsense for months from the Web support team. They don't have a clue they just give the same script responses every team. This need an actual EA FC developer to fix the bug in their code.

Hopefully we will get an official response from them on Monday. Support have checked my account they said it’s all fine and told me to force quit the game and relaunch. Which no surprise doesn’t work. I am waiting on their next steps.
