Still cant access Volta - Couldnt play in Fifa 23 either

@DangerDays11 Fixing kits is an easy fix, this might be something more complex. I remember getting FIFA 23 in December time when it was £14 on FIFA 22 promotion Volta did work but it went down with ultimate team in March they said they were fixing and updated saying they fixed it. It never worked after that, only on the odd occasions. When the new FC24 Beta was out me and friends did give it a go which it worked and no issues. Yet now to the full game it doesn’t for me but works for them. It’s definitely account specific, I’ve asked if EA Support can raise to devs and update me with a response and they just either closing the case, giving me generic responses saying redownload the game/reboot, telling me there’s no issues with my account and the issue has been fixed. But still can’t get on.
