Same issue here. Both in FIFA 23 Xbox One and Series X versions as well as Series X version of FC24. Other accounts on the same console work fine so its clearly an account issue that needs addressing.
Hey all, if seeing this issue can you share the following:
- Have you ever had a ban from EA?
- What troubleshooting you have tried?
- If you create a new account can you play there?

Never had ban from ea and tried reinstalled both fifa 23 and eafc 24. Ive clear clache ive tried loading though clubs. Deleting local saved data reset home network. Other profiles works on xbox tried x/s version and old gen same problem

- No ban, FIFA 23 UT and Volta went down last year in March never worked since for Volta, until played FC24 beta it was working. When playing FC24 Ultimate game it hasn’t worked.
- reinstalling game, factory reset console, tried different ISP, different console, delete all profile data and relaunched game, contacted support which have provided solutions but still not success and are looking into it.
- used partners account and all works and friends accounts all work.

- Every single piece of troubleshooting available. Hours and hours on Web help. Troubleshooting pages. Other forums looking for solutions. Been trying since around May or June since the exact same issue is in Fifa 23.
- I can play on alt accounts on the exact same xbox.

- 2 years ago@EA_Darko Never banned tried uninstalling and reinstalling my issue started after I had purchased a couple of tattoos in the store that actually never showed in my avatar customized inventory then like 3 weeks later Volta stopped working in fifa 23 on Xbox

Never had a Ban from EA
Reinstalling the game, different consoles accessing through Pro Clubs, signing in at different points.
Other accounts work fine on the exact same system

Yes on a second account it works fine. So it looks like an account issue.

What troubleshooting you have tried?
- This happened suddenly at FIFA23 while I can play at least one month at Volta, and after that it suddenly can't load Volta and kick me out (It will show the avatar without any loading animation at bottom).
At EAS FC 24, I can go into Volta for the 1st time, after create an avatar and everything looks good. However, i noticed that the game will imported the FIFA 23 avatar and after that, i can't go into Volta with same issue as FIFA 23.
If you create a new account can you play there?
- I can play normally for other account at Volta mode. And no issue for FIFA 22 volta for my main account. I suspect it's something related to avatar setting (not sure which part) as the FIFA 22 Volta avatar is not the same as FIFA 23.

I've never had a ban
Every single piece of troubleshooting available. Hours and hours on Web aswell as Troubleshooting pages. Other forums looking for solutions but left on deaf ears Been trying since April-May time. I got told it was an outfit after the WC and when I got into volta the one time I changed my clothes back to the starter clothes and since then been unable to go into volta and it's now on FC24
I have loaded up another profile and onto volta just fine on the same xbox and same connection, so yeah i can play on alts on the same console

Why do EA not care about this? They have an issue with commentary language on the Switch being investigated but not an issue locking people out of a main game mode. It was reported a stupid amount of months ago and they cant even acknowledge it. I appreciate an audio issue is probably a much easier fix and at least add it to the tracker.

This is a bit ridiculous, even this post has been up a while and we've had 2 unhelpful responses. It's good they've replied but absolutely no follow up or acknowledgement of our replies.
Do we all start raising formal complaints? Requesting refunds? Review bombing? Honestly don't know what else we can do and I'm getting more annoyed by the day that I can't play Volta, or redeem any rewards for my pro for a game that cost upwards of £100!

I have never had a ban from EA to my knowledge
I've tried reinstalling the game, clearing cache etc..
I can play on other accounts that are on my console

Ive tried all the troubleshooting options availabe. None of them have worked.

- 2 years ago@GMSRS101198 I got the same nonsense from them when I was trying to fix fifa 23. Until its on that tracker I think they arent doing anything about it.

No banHave uninstalled, reinstalled, reset cache, reset router, removed cloud data and re-synced.
I can play on the same Xbox on my wife’s account no problem.

Same issue here on fifa22 on Xbox series x. It worked fine back in may when I started it but now can't even play an offline game in Volta. The public coop option in fut online friendlies is also greyed out across all platforms (have tested) making that ach and trophy impossible.
please can both of these issues be looked into?

I've had 3 emails asking me to complete surveys because I raised a case, I've done all of them and put dissatisfied and linked them to this thread.
@EA_Darko @EA_Barry can someone please take ownership and show some accountability for this issue, we still can't access a whole game mode and have each paid almost £100 for this game.

Just spoke to someone again on chat who's told me I'm the first person to raise this?! I'd already provided the link to this thread, then 5 minutes later he tells me check Answers HQ as other players may be experiencing the same thing?!
He's assured me that the bug has been raised and recorded, but now my case has been closed and says 'no fix' on it. I asked about escalating it twice and got no response, and when I asked how to raise a formal complaint he just told me to raise another case but put formal complaint in the subject so that's what I'll be doing if we don't get any proper feedback soon. If anyone wants to raise this as a formal complaint I guess the best way is to raise a case for a refund and just put 'Formal Complaint' in the subject:
