    It appears that EA has done something server side that has resolved this issue. It also appears to have fixed the issue on previous Fifas.

    Thankyou for finally resolving this EA.

Hey all, if seeing this issue can you share the following:

  • Have you ever had a ban from EA?
  • What troubleshooting you have tried?
  • If you create a new account can you play there?
  • Platform

@EA_Darko Never banned tried uninstalling and reinstalling my issue started after I had purchased a couple of tattoos in the store that actually never showed in my avatar customized inventory then like 3 weeks later Volta stopped working in fifa 23 on Xbox
