Hey all, if seeing this issue can you share the following:

Have you ever had a ban from EA?
- Never
What troubleshooting you have tried?
- This happened suddenly at FIFA23 while I can play at least one month at Volta, and after that it suddenly can't load Volta and kick me out (It will show the avatar without any loading animation at bottom).
At EAS FC 24, I can go into Volta for the 1st time, after create an avatar and everything looks good. However, i noticed that the game will imported the FIFA 23 avatar and after that, i can't go into Volta with same issue as FIFA 23.
If you create a new account can you play there?
- I can play normally for other account at Volta mode. And no issue for FIFA 22 volta for my main account. I suspect it's something related to avatar setting (not sure which part) as the FIFA 22 Volta avatar is not the same as FIFA 23.

I've never had a ban
Every single piece of troubleshooting available. Hours and hours on Web aswell as Troubleshooting pages. Other forums looking for solutions but left on deaf ears Been trying since April-May time. I got told it was an outfit after the WC and when I got into volta the one time I changed my clothes back to the starter clothes and since then been unable to go into volta and it's now on FC24
I have loaded up another profile and onto volta just fine on the same xbox and same connection, so yeah i can play on alts on the same console

- If you create a new account can you play there? - Yes other accounts work fine

That's interesting, only Xbox players having this issue?

Why do EA not care about this? They have an issue with commentary language on the Switch being investigated but not an issue locking people out of a main game mode. It was reported a stupid amount of months ago and they cant even acknowledge it. I appreciate an audio issue is probably a much easier fix and at least add it to the tracker.

This is a bit ridiculous, even this post has been up a while and we've had 2 unhelpful responses. It's good they've replied but absolutely no follow up or acknowledgement of our replies.
Do we all start raising formal complaints? Requesting refunds? Review bombing? Honestly don't know what else we can do and I'm getting more annoyed by the day that I can't play Volta, or redeem any rewards for my pro for a game that cost upwards of £100!

I just got the following email as my case is still open, I'll chase on it again after work but the email made me laugh:

I spend most of my time trying to find a solution to the bugs they sold us rather than playing. I am giving them one more week, if they keep replying generic nonsense copy-paste texts, I will for sure cancel everything and ask for a refund. If I pay for a product, I expect it to work. If it does not work, I expect customer service who can help me fix it. If the product does not work and it customer support does not provide solutions, then the product is a failure and we should stop using it.

Volta mode not working "There was and error accessing server data, please try again."This is getting silly now, just some sort of acknowledgement saying they’re aware and will have a fix in next patch but no. I raise to EA support they’re closing my cases as fixed and send me a survey asking how did they do? I’m still stuck unable to play Volta and it’s not working and can’t use my Volta coins. Surely someone official needs to give us an update on what’s going on. Like I’ve logged over 10+ reports and keep marking them as fixed? No communication just hoping I’ll give up.

I’m having the same problem on Xbox series X. Never been banned. Can access every other mode except Volta. Opened a case and was told I needed to have my NAT type open. NAT is open, but still can’t access Volta. Tried to “resume” my case and it just loops back to to the same resume button. This is really frustrating…
