Store packs invisible

Which part of the mode? Rivals
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 6/13/2024
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 1:30 PM
What is your time zone? CST - GMT - 6:00
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? IDK
What happens when the bug occurs? Game crash
What should be happening instead? Opening pack

Store packs are invisible and dont open and crash the game.

    Thank you all for your reports. We're sorry to read you're having issues in the store of Ultimate Team.

    We have passed this on to the Team, and the issue is currently under investigation.

    We will let you know as soon as we get further info.

    UPDATE: Our team has fixed the Issue. Let us know if you can now see packs in the store.

    Can’t open any packs, some are appearing normal but others are just light around the edges and as soon as I try to open the game freeze’s and have to restart

    Same for me, in Xbox 

    I tried clearing reserved cache. Still not working. Even when I just managed the items after a restart in the store it freezes.

    I'll just have to get to my 38 unopened 80+ x2 packs later.

    @226010c736818ad9Same here, utter farce. I'm force to cold restart the game each time I attempt to open a pack. Absolutely ridiculous at this stage in a games life span. Xbox series x.

    its the same on the ps4 version.  However, it seems fine on the ps5 version.
