We were, albeit by mistake, deceived into opening a very expensive pack, and when we took out cards from there that were supposed to be TOTY, the support pretended that nothing had happened.
I’ll just quote another brilliant answer. That is, they admit that the package contained an incorrect description of the chance, but there will be no compensation. Despite the fact that there was always compensation if the package was incorrect. But apparently this doesn’t work when the pack costs 3.5k FP
