[Switch] FC 24 servers have been "down" for months; can't give feedback

I always get the "EA servers are currently down" error whenever I try to play the game.  This has gone on for months.

Also (relatedly?) when I attempt to go to enter feedback, it says I am not allowed to access the page.  It reads:

Sorry, you have to sign in to access this page.

If you're already signed in, you may not have access to this page.
