just needed to delete folder in my documents when reinstalling the game

I need help.
I had a same issues with him.
So I tried every thing you said (delete the game setting folder located in the documents folder, then repair the game from the EA app, etc.)
But It doesnt work.

Now Im tring to delete the personal settings file before the games goes to that weird screen
Im not sure it will work
