This game hasn't released yet

Question

I just bought FC 24 but I get a funny error like this game has not been released yet. I opened live support and it was fixed that day but I am having the same problem again. There is no date specified in the date field. Can anyone who has experienced the problem and solved it help me too?

@9zq4fa3p3z8f- Run the service in administrator mode (Steam, Epic, EAAPP)- Change usernames, names with many letters and numbers cause bugs- Run the game from within the application and not from the screen shortcut.- See if your password meets the requirements.
