Timed finishing bar not activating in Fut champs. Can’t take penalties

I double checked all my settings and trainers, yet only for Fut champs my timing finish bar never appears.

I think the timing finishing setting is activated, however the trainer is off so whenever I take penalties I can never score them. My penalties literally fly away to mars even if I tap ○ slightly. PLS FIX THIS ASAP!!!
