Top of the Pyramid Trophy/Achievement not unlocked

PS5 Player here, so I was part of a huge and very active club with 24 members in PRO CLUBS, We needed to win just one game to get promoted to Elite Division. I couldn't play the match since the team ...

It actually exist the possibility that the ones who should've received the trophy will get it or is this just for eliminate the problem? We have to reach division elite all over again?
