Top of the Pyramid Trophy/Achievement not unlocked

PS5 Player here, so I was part of a huge and very active club with 24 members in PRO CLUBS, We needed to win just one game to get promoted to Elite Division. I couldn't play the match since the team ...

I played in a full team of 11 people, I was in the game all 4 matches for the elite and there were no disconnects, but I never got the trophy.Although many people in my team have received it.This is a 100% trophy bug.Solve the problem, it's not fair
